Role Summary
This is a Digital Marketing role focused on execution, not promotion.
As a Digital Marketing & Growth Operations Intern, you will be responsible for ensuring that QCecuring’s technical content and product assets are:
- Correctly published
- Discoverable via search
- Indexed and visible
- Properly linked
- Consistently distributed
- Accurately tracked and reported
This role does not involve writing blogs, running ads, or sales outreach. It focuses on SEO operations, backlink coordination, content distribution, website hygiene, and growth reporting.
This is an operations-heavy role for candidates who prefer systems, structure, and measurable outcomes over creative marketing.
What You’ll Work On
You will support growth and visibility across:
- Technical blogs and articles
- Product landing pages
- Documentation and resource pages
- Open-source repositories
- Comparison and solution pages
Your work ensures these assets are seen, indexed, referenced, and measured.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Operations (SEO Execution)
- Publish and maintain content with correct:
- Page titles
- Meta descriptions
- Heading hierarchy
- Internal links
- Monitor indexing and visibility via Google Search Console.
- Track impressions, clicks, and page-level performance.
- Identify non-indexed or underperforming pages.
- Coordinate fixes with engineering or content teams.
- You will not decide keywords or site architecture.
2. Backlink Coordination & Outreach
- Identify relevant, high-quality external platforms:
- Technical blogs
- Security communities
- Developer resources
- Documentation hubs
- Coordinate:
- Guest post submissions
- Resource mentions
- Tool and repository listings
- Documentation references
- Track backlinks using approved tools.
- Maintain a clean backlink log (source, relevance, quality).
- No spam. No paid links. No bulk outreach.
3. Content Distribution & Publishing
- Distribute approved content across:
- Company website
- LinkedIn (company and founder profiles)
- Relevant developer and security communities
- Schedule posts using simple tools or native platforms.
- Ensure consistency in formatting and messaging.
- Repurpose content into summaries or snippets (not full rewrites).
4. Website & Funnel Hygiene Checks
- Regularly audit:
- Broken links
- Missing or weak CTAs
- Incorrect redirects
- Outdated pages
- Flag UI/UX or messaging issues from a growth perspective.
- Validate mobile responsiveness and basic usability.
- This role reports issues — it does not redesign pages.
5. Reporting & Growth Insights
- Prepare a weekly report covering:
- Top-performing pages
- Indexing issues
- New backlinks
- Traffic and visibility trends
- Highlight what is working and what needs attention.
- Suggest small, testable improvements (CTA placement, linking, distribution timing).
What This Role Does NOT Do
- Write marketing or SEO blogs
- Define brand or product messaging
- Run paid advertising
- Handle sales leads or outreach
- Redesign UI or visual assets
- Own growth strategy or planning
This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy or creative role.
